Changhua Water Refiner Co., Ltd (CHW) was founded in 1973 and has been specialized in the design, production, construction and maintenance of pure water and ultra-pure water systems from the beginning to the present. In the early stages of development, it was engaged in lower-level water treatment.

After 1979, CHW invested more R&D funds and cultivated more R&D technical talents and comprehensively adjusted its operating direction, expanding its business objects to high-tech industrial fields, such as semiconductor manufacturing, packaging and testing, optoelectronics, passive components, and crystals in the electronics industry. The supply of ultra-pure water equipment in such industries as OEM and lead frame and biochemical technology manufacturers, the total operating value of pure water equipment in these high-tech industries already accounts for more than 95% of the annual turnover.
